POOL HEATERS GUIDE
The right heater depends on more than pool volume. Desired water temperature, wind exposure, pool covers and how often you swim all affect heating needs. Share these details when requesting an assessment so the recommendation fits your pool rather than a generic equipment size.
Heat pumps transfer warmth from the surrounding air into pool water. Gas heaters create heat using fuel and can suit different heating patterns. Running costs and performance depend on conditions, equipment and usage; compare options with a technician before deciding.
Note the heater make and model, any displayed error code and when the problem began. Keep the equipment area accessible. Do not open electrical panels, bypass safety controls or attempt gas repairs. If you notice a gas smell or an unsafe electrical condition, move away and contact the appropriate emergency service.
Ask for the proposed scope, quote and applicable warranty information. If replacement is suggested, compare it with the available repair options. For installation, discuss equipment placement, access, controls and maintenance requirements before approving the work.

FAQ
We install and service AquaCal, RayPak and AquaComfort pool heaters, including heat pumps and gas heaters. Our technicians know these brands' controls, error codes and common wear points. Share your model and serial number when you call so we can confirm parts and service options before the visit.
We start by finding the actual cause of the problem and checking the heater's age, condition and repair cost. Many issues, such as sensors, pressure switches or igniters, are straightforward repairs. If repeated failures or major component damage make replacement the better value, we explain why and give you clear options before any work begins.
We look at your pool's surface area and volume, the temperature you want, sun and wind exposure, and how often you swim. We also check your existing plumbing, electrical or gas supply and equipment pad. That lets us recommend a heater that reaches your target temperature efficiently instead of one that is undersized or oversized.
Yes. We install and service pool heating for hotels, clubs, condominiums and HOAs across Palm Beach County. Commercial pools often need larger or multiple heaters, so we size equipment to the pool's heat load and plan work around guest and resident schedules. We can also set up recurring maintenance to reduce unexpected downtime.
We offer 24/7 emergency service and schedule routine visits as quickly as our calendar allows. Call (561) 806-9545 and we will give you the earliest available time for your address. Having your heater model and a description of the problem ready helps us arrive with the right parts.
Yes. Ask about financing for qualifying projects and the applicable equipment and workmanship coverage. Availability, approval, terms and exclusions are confirmed before you commit.
